Oral Board Preparation 1:1 Sessions

To become a firefighter, it's all about the interview. Through 1:1 sessions with Shay, you will craft your ““tell me about yourself” story as well as answers to other typical fire department interview questions.. In addition to working with Shay, you will receive guidance and feedback from Blaze coaches who are professional working firefighters.

Level 1

Includes:

• (4) 60 minute 1:1 Zoom sessions (1 a week for 4 weeks)

• Resume assistance

• Email and text support

• Follow up via email for 4 weeks following completion of program

Level 2

Includes all of Level 1 package PLUS:

• (1) 90 minute Mock Oral Board Zoom session (with professional firefighters and includes real time feedback on your answers)

Level 3

Includes all of Level 2 package PLUS:

• (2) 60 minute Zoom sessions 1:1 with a Chief

• Two weeks prior to department interview (1) 60 minute “refresher” Zoom session 1:1 with a firefighter or Chief
